Dry red wine from the Neve Midbar series. 14% alcohol. The wine contains 85% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and 15% Petit Verdot grapes in the “Nitzana” vineyard in Ramat Hanegev and the “Haruhot” vineyard in the Negev. The vineyard enjoys the extreme temperature differences and dryness that characterize the desert area.
Medium-full body wine and good acidity. The purple color is vivid and deep, almost opaque. Obtained by coarse filtration, stabilization and strict maintenance of oxygen contact. Aged 14 months in oak barrels.
The wine is recommended for drinking at a temperature of 16 degrees. The acidity of the wine is suitable to accompany high-fat meat dishes such as entrecote and asado. It will also go great with pastas and seafood
