It is a known fact that good wine starts from a good vineyard. The vineyard that was planted in 1996 in the Negev and is across 14.82 acres of land. It enjoys a mineral enriched, ventilated land, soft sun rays throughout the day and cold winds at night, typical desert climate that has been discovered to be excellent for the red grapevines and wine.

The blazing sun assists the growing process and photosynthesis of the grapevine, which gets its energy from the sun rays. The cold hours of the night contribute to the strengthening of the grapevine; the cold winter enables the grapevines to go into deep hibernation and awaken with spring.

The grapevines that grow with conditions such as sand, loess soil, water and fertilizer control grow fast and are one of the first to bear fruit in Israel.

Our vineyard is composed of mostly red species, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, Petit Verdot, Syrah, Sauvignon Blan, Chardonnay and more.

The vineyard is isolated from the other vineyards and does not suffer from any diseases; this is why there is no need for pesticide and prevention treatments.

The grape harvest is done in the cold temperatures of the night and grape bunches are transferred directly into the nearby winery, where we begin the winemaking process.
