The wine is produced from 100% grapes of Gewurztraminer. The grapes were harvested by hand at the peak altitude vineyard Ramon Negev Highlands.
Characteristics: 12% Alc. Light-bodied wine accompanied by the aroma of orange blossom and tropical fruit ripe. Extension saccharine balanced and sustained
The Color clear, light gold-yellow color is reached as a result of the short contact with the grape peels.
Serving Recommendation – The wine should be served chilled, at 8 degrees Celsius. The half dry wine will go wonderfully with blue cheeses. In addition, due to its delicate sweetness, it is possible to combine it with well-seasoned foods.
