“Chardonnay Roni” wine is to commemorate the memory of the observer Roni Eshel. Who was killed in battle at the Nahal Oz base in the terrorist attack on the Gaza Envelope on Shabbat 22nd of Tishrei, Simchat Torah 5774, October 7, 2023.
Roni loved to drink white wine. In collaboration with the Eshel family, we created the “Chardonnay Roni” wine. The bottle label depicts the North Star and the Circle of Life – the necklaces that Roni wore around her neck.

This wine was born to create a smile, joy and lots of love. Roni, who loved to enjoy life, saw wine and food as a wonderful connecting factor. We chose a wine from the Neve Midbar series produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in the “Halutza” vineyard in Ramat Negev. Like the nature of the soil and the vineyard, the wine is characterized by rich flavors and aromas of apple, pear and pineapple and ends with elegance and refreshing acidity.
