Dry white wine. 13% alcohol by volume. 750 ml
This wine was produced from Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and Semillon grapes harvested in vineyard high in the Negev. This variety has been identified by us as an outstanding variety that yields the most optimal results in the desert soil and thus, gives wonderful expression to the unique and complex aroma that has developed in the wine. Has a medium-full body, strong presence, very good acidity and an intoxicating floral aroma. Aged for 10 months in new French oak barrels from Burgundy. The wine has not been filtered to maintain its taste and quality. Precipitation may occur.
It is recommended to store lying down in a dark and cool place 6-8 degrees.
