commemorate the innovation of the winery. Original blends that include grapes from different plots in The Negev Heights and Mount Negev. Complex full-bodied wines that were aged 14 months in French and American Oak barrels. This Reserve line includes Midbar Adom (red wine) and white wines : Chardonnay, Pino gris, Sauvignon Blanc .
Ingredients :The wine is produced from 70% Pinot gris and 30% Semillon grapes from select vineyards in the Ramon Negev highlands.
The must was fermented and Soaked with the peels for two weeks for maximum extraction of the aroma.
Characteristics: Dry wine.12.5% Alc. Flavors felt in the mouth are of nuts, citrus peels, green tea and refreshing acidity. Intense tannins and a rich finish are noticeable in the wine.
Aged for 8 months in American oak barrels.
Ingredients – 85% Cabernet Sauvignon 15% Petit Verdot.
The Vineyards – The manually-picked, harvested grapes are picked early morning and come from three different winery owned vineyards. The Petit Verdot plot in Halutza Vineyard both located close to Kadesh Barnea village. The vineyards were grown on loess soil, sand and lime 300 meters high. The Cabernet Sauvignon plot in Haruhot Vineyard farm in the Negev Mountain area, on loess soil, sand and red soil, 700 meters high. The vineyard benefits from the extreme temperature differences and dryness that characterize the desert area.
The Winemaking Process – After the harvest, the grapes are transported to the winery for crushing and separation The fermentation process occurs in cold temperature in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve the scents and flavors of the fruit. When this process is complete, the wine is soaked on grape peels in cold temperatures for a period of two weeks to make the most of the aroma and flavors of the peel. After that, the wine undergoes initial decantation and an aging process for about 14 months in American and French Oak barrels.Then, the wine is roughly filtered to preserve as much as possible the aroma and tastes after which it is bottled and kept in the winery for a period of six months before going on the market.
Characteristics: Dry red wine 14% Alc. The wine has a full, rich body, solid tannins and a delicate acidity but does have presence The color deep, bold and almost black purple color is reached by roughly filtering, stabilizing and closely supervising the wine so that it doesn´t get damaged by oxygen.
Serving Recommendation – The wine should be served at 16 degrees Celsius.. It will be classic served with high fat content foods such as entrecote, lamb ribs and lamb stew.
Ingredients – 80% Chardonnay, 20% Sauvignon Blanc
The Vineyards – The manually-picked, harvested grapes are picked early morning and come from a winery owned plot in the Ramat Negev area, near Kadesh Barnea village and from vineyards in the Negev Highlands. The vineyard benefits from the extreme temperature differences and dryness that characterize the desert area.
The Winemaking Process – The grapes get crushed and are separated right away from their peel, for preservation of the initial liquid´s light color. After that, the grape juice goes through a cold soak in stainless steel tanks in order to reach clean liquid before the fermentation process, after that the wine undergoes slow and cold fermentation to preserve the fruits´ natural scent and flavor. When this process is complete, the wine undergoes initial decantation and placed in stainless steel tanks, in a low temperature to prevent malolactic fermentation, after stabilizing it, the wine is filtered and bottled.
Characteristics: Dry white wine 13% Alc. The color almost transparent yellow with green tone. The wine has been stabilized in cold temperatures. The wine is dry and has a pleasant acidity to it. The wine has an after taste and scent of tropical fruit
Serving Recommendation: this is why it will go with fish and chicken dishes. In addition, will go well with seasoned dishes and with Asian cuisine.
Ingredients: Dry white wine. 100%Sauvignon Blanc grapes.
The Vineyards: Nizzana vineyard in Kadesh Barnea village at Ramat HaNegev. The vineyards were grown on loess soil, sand and lime 300 meters high.
Early Manual harvest and rapid maturation allowed us to harvest the Sauvignon Blanc at a good sugar level aroma, while maintaining high acidity.
Characteristics: 12.5% Alc. The wine has a fascinating combination of tropical fruit and citrus flavors , intoxicating aroma and sustained acidity.
The color yellow-white – glamor gold. The wine has been stabilized in cold temperatures.
Serving Recommendation – The wine must be served at 16 degrees Celsius.
Dry white wine.
The wineyards : Produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in the Halutsa vineyard located in Ramat Negev.
Characteristics: Full-bodied, 13% Alc. The Color is yellowish, transparent. Are felt a wonderful combination of apple, pear, lemon and pineapple flavors. Fresh acidity and long delightful finish
Serving Recommendation – The wine must be served at 16 degrees Celsius.
Dry white wine.
The wine was produced from 100% Pinot Geri grapes harvested in the vineyarNegev Mountains.
Characteristics: Medium-bodied, fresh and flavorful. Its texture is slick, the structure is round, the tartness is very good and the finish fruity and pleasant. Line aromas of green apple, citrus, flowers, tropical fruits and spices. Dry mineral extension line
